Description

Description

What

Document the replacement of default Quick Prompts with Recommendation Tiles in the AI Assistant chat window.

Details to capture

  • Default quick prompts removed from the bottom of the chat UI.
  • Recommendation Tiles now surface those prompts. Each tile shows:
    • Title (e.g., Alerts)
    • Description (e.g., Most important alerts from the last 24 hrs)
    • On click, it injects a pre-built prompt to the LLM (see example below).
  • Custom Quick Prompts remain supported: users can still create, edit, and use their own quick prompts exactly as before.

Example tile

Element Value
Title Alerts
Description Most important alerts from the last 24 hrs
Prompt sent on click markdown 🔍 Identify and Prioritize Today's Most Critical Alerts … (full prompt text follows current spec)

When

ASAP (for current release notes and UI-/UX-related docs).

Why

Keep documentation accurate, guiding users on the new UI behavior while assuring them that custom quick-prompt functionality is unchanged.
