Description

What: We're introducing Degraded docs rule.
When: The feature will be available for 8.19 and 9.1, and serverless in the next release.
Why: This feature will help users to keep/improve the quality in their dataStreams. The rule configuration contains mainly a dataStream name, a threshold value and a threshold comparator. It's an stackAlert rule but it's visible from observability context (stateful and serverless).

Resources

The feature was implemented in elastic/kibana#216026.

This feature was scoped and researched in https://github.com/elastic/observability-dev/issues/3196.
