Bug Description:

Request to Anthropic Claude Opus 4 (20250514) fails with 400 (invalid request error) due to max tokens being too high.

'claude-opus-4-20250514': 64000,

it is set to 64000 but should be 32000 as mentioned on Anthropic's model overview: https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/about-claude/models/overview

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select Claude Opus 4 as Language model for an Agent, e.g. Architect
2. Send prompt via AI chat
