Bug Description:

An open peek view for conditional breakpoint / logpoint looks completely broken after switching editor tabs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a .ts file. Open a peek view for adding a conditional breakpoint:

2. Open another editor. Switch back to the first. The open peek view looks completely broken:
