Allow to add all MCP functions to a prompt without listing them explicitly

Feature Description:

If I want to use the features from the git MCP Server in the @Coder I need to adapt the prompt and list all functions explicitly.
MCP Servers have the possibility to list the functions they provide.

Ideally I could just tell in the prompt which mcp server to use eg ~mcp_git instead of listing the explicit tools: ~mcp_git_git_diff ~mcp_git_git_status

@eneufeld we could very easily create a prompt fragment with all functions on start of an MCP server. and one for all MCP functions.
