Search Bar in Extensions View does not re-appear once closed

Bug Description:

When closing and re-opening the Extensions view, the search bar does not properly restore:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Extensions view - search bar is visible
2. Close the Extensions view
3. Re-open the Extensions view - search bar is gone
