ICON set icon to block-story-carousel

There is a carousel icon in the SS storybook icons section. This would be great for this element: https://silverstripe.github.io/silverstripe-pattern-lib/?path=/story/admin-icons--icon-reference

The icon class would be `font-icon-block-story-carousel`
