Update .gitignore - no phpcs errors found in codebase

[Copilot]

Investigation revealed phpcs is already passing with 0 errors/warnings. All source files comply with PSR-2 standards defined in phpcs.xml.dist. The CI phplinting job succeeds in recent runs.

Changes

• Updated .gitignore to exclude build artifacts accidentally committed in initial investigation:
  • /vendor/ - Composer dependencies
  • /public/_resources/ - Generated public resources
  • composer.lock - Dependency lock file
  • behat.yml - Behat test configuration

Context

Issue #50 referenced phpcs failures during PR #49 review, but that PR failed on phpcoverage, not phpcs. Current codebase has no linting violations. The issue may have been created preemptively or the errors exist in a different context not examined here.
