…desh Post (#1039) Source: Bangladesh Post catalogue redistributed via the saaiful/postcode-bd mirror. State resolution prefers district-name match (CSC's BD states use 2-digit district codes 01-72) and falls back to division-name match (letter iso2 A-H). 99% state FK; the 11 unresolved rows have empty district/division fields in source.
