Validated: all 5 records cross-checked against Wikidata — labels, country (Q733), and department assignments match. FK integrity verified (state_id 2780/2781/2785 → Boquerón/Ñeembucú/Alto Paraguay). Coordinates within PY bounding box; 3/5 exact match with Wikidata, other 2 have no Wikidata coords but labels and departments align. No name/coord/wikidata duplicates.

Adds five Paraguay locations to
contributions/cities/PY.json:Each new record includes coordinates,
America/Asuncion, Wikidata IDs, and the country/state references required by the dataset. I also ran the repository's translation enricher so entries with available Wikipedia language links were populated automatically.Validation:
