Per CLAUDE.md, contributors should not manually set created_at, updated_at, or flag on new records — MySQL manages these on import. The values that were present (created_at: 2019-10-06, updated_at: 2025-12-02) were templated from existing records, not real timestamps. Validated against Wikidata: all 3 records map to Q3321191/Q15958259/Q2636535 with country=Q733 and located_in=Q682642 (Alto Paraguay). Coordinates exact match. FK integrity verified. Pushed fixup commit ef5280b to remove created_at/updated_at/flag per CLAUDE.md (those are MySQL-managed).
