It looks like the download link for the Japan Post postal code CSV (ken_all.zip) is currently broken and returning a 404 error.

The URL appears to have changed to the following:

Old URL: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/zipcode/dl/kogaki/zip/ken_all.zip

New URL: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/search/zipcode/download/kogaki/zip/ken_all.zip

Thanks for reporting this, @Tanoshima! I can confirm the outdated URL is referenced in the repository.

The Japan Post download URL appears in bin/scripts/sync/import_japan_post_postcodes.py — it's documented in the script's header as the source for the KEN_ALL.CSV dataset. The script expects users to manually download the ZIP from that URL before running the import.

The fix would be updating that reference from:

https://www.post.japanpost.jp/zipcode/dl/kogaki/zip/ken_all.zip

to:

https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/search/zipcode/download/kogaki/zip/ken_all.zip

This is a straightforward one-line documentation/comment change in the script.
