The Redis API Surface is missing the WithPassword method

I'm unsure if it's just a mismatch in the generated api code, but it's missing the Redis WithPassword method.

I also need this, the 9.2 update broke our Aspire environment. We have several Microservices connected to one internal redis instance in the cloud. The redis instance is not exposed to the outside world (no ingress), so we do not require password for it.

Locally on the dev computer, we use aspire to test our system, but because we now have a default password being set, there is no way to bring them to connect to Redis, so we need some way of turning that off. 9.1 worked nicely for that.

So, we do NOT WANT passwords on Redis, because we do not need them, and the option to turn this off is highly desireable.

@eerhardt, if PasswordParameter is null, we do not set the password on redis-server args.

We added WithPassword for Redis recently but it does not accept the null.
We could change this API to accept null, the password will not be set when users use WithPassword(null)
