Istanbul coverage.json supported by codecov.io #136

Enhancement
It seems that codecov.io now supports fully the Istanbul JSON coverage information (before they had issues with the support). This provides much better information, because there are some limitations to what is available in the .lcov format.
We should switch to pushing that to codecov versus the .lcov format. Currently we generate both, but the task pushes the .lcov.
