This updates the configurator, interface, and workspace-cleaner components to use DHI base images.
The host-port-republisher is currently not migrating due to it needing
socatin the final image and installing additional packages is still a little bit tricky. Effectively, need to install it in one stage and copy the relevant files into the final stage. So, will likely due this in a follow-up PR.
