markdown tables ain't fun.
Make markdown tables wrap the terminal width in a smart enough way
This means making sure columns are at least as wide as their longer single word, and that columns with longer content also become proportionally longer and don't occupy all the space
Also adds spacing between rows to keep the tables legible
