Yep, we can remove this and the whole override concept. I can pick it up in a branch if Nathan doesn't want to deal with it.

I realized we didn't already have existing About and History pages in all of the team folders. I went ahead and added those so chairs wouldn't have to worry about any setup as they contribute to the documentation. In some cases I renamed a relevant old documentation page in the folder to About.
I also reordered pages within the folders as necessary.
