Describe the bug: https://registry.devfile.io/viewer download button for starter projects is not working properly for several devfiles:

• .NET
• Wildfly

It reports an error:

Internal error has occurred during download. Please try again or report as issue.
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 1 column 5 of the JSON data

Expected behavior

Downloads the sample project

This should be fixed once the viewer consumes the new download starter project endpoint in #720
