Issue Description
The v1alpha1 CRDs are still in use in a few areas (OpenShift console for certain versions of OpenShift). This means that the DevWorkspaceOperator cannot update to current versions of the devfile spec (the removal of v1alpha1 was premature). We need to restore the v1alpha1 API (generally unmaintained unless necessary) until all consumers of DevWorkspaces are using v1alpha2
