Devfile Library Delete Functionality

Devfile library needs to add delete functionality for the other devfile objects in its interface for consumption like [DeleteVolume](https://github.com/devfile/library/blob/master/pkg/devfile/parser/data/interface.go#L47)

This is required for the odo work https://github.com/openshift/odo/issues/4160
