TimeoutException in search

• Catch the TimeoutException in the search command.
• Undeterministically generates a harmless error message from Akka in the console (Processor actor terminated abruptly on HTTPs connections (akka 2.4.12, akka-http 2.4.11) akka/akka-http#497). Future work: disable this message.
• Added a --timeout option for usability.
