Transformed cursors do not update

The presence cursors of others are not transformed visually.

Didn't you comment out the transformCursor code for text0? Anyway seems like that transformCursor isn't called properly for some reason - I had it working previously with whatever fork I was working with. Will dig into text0 in the next few days, so I'll let you know what I find :)

@houshuang As it turns out, I was confused about the type to pass in from this app code. I was passing in json0, but for the sub-presence to be transformed I had to pass in text0. The implementation transforms cursors correctly, I just was passing in the wrong type from the sample app.

Resolved in #4.
