Neo4j TLS support

Current neo4j-java-driver (4.0.0) that are used, lacks transport layer encryption towards Neo4j.
Support for the new URI schemas bolt+s, neo4j+s etc can be achieved by upgrading the driver to 4.0.1 from 4.0.0.
