Didn't Found any Contribution Guidelines (Contribution.md file)

Hi there,

I  was recently going through this repo's documentation. Http package has been very useful in all my flutter projects , so I was searching for the Contribution Guidelines but didn't get anything .

 Neither any Contribution.md file nor anything in the wiki. It would be great if maintainers or anyone can create one.
