[cronet_http] update to jni 0.14.0

sentry_flutter is currently incompatible with cronet_http, as sentry_flutter uses jni 0.14.1.

Can cronet_http be updated to use a newer version of jni?

I'll try to look at this today. I looked at it last week but my Java environment seems to be messed up so I can't regenerate the bindings.
