Feature: open app in browser

Ability to quickly open app in browser would be really usefull. It can be done using something like xdg-open for linux. Or at least show link to argocd ui to easily copy-paste this link.

Could you give some more context for what is your intention when opening the app in the browser?

Is it that you want to open it in the browser to fulfill some needs that aren't already handled by argonaut?

If that's the case, then we should probably focus on implementing missing features into argonaut instead.

First, ArgoCD's UI gives pretty good visual map of what's happening with the app. I don't think it is possible to implement something similar in Argonaut.

Also I often need to send app's ui link to colleagues. Quick access to link would be really useful in such cases.

And yes, Argonaut doesn't implement all the features I need, for example: #136 and #104. For me it's ok to jump to ArgoCD UI if some features is not implemented yet
