Scripts issue-token.js working with development network only not with other networks

I have deployed the contracts successfully and able to verify the contracts aswell, issuing tokens working well with the development but unfortunately after running the scripts for issues the token in the rinkeby still the function looking for the development network only.

i hope if some can guide to me resolve this issue

You need to update your truffle-config.js to rinkeby.
