cloud test run table is flaky and unresposive

Current behavior

this list is very badly made, it loads new tests on scroll and keeps jumping up and down, it should be a fix table that keeps adding results instead of having its own component because the scroll up and down behaves horribly and I can't take a screenshot of the whole page or copy or search all the contents because when u scroll it doesn't find the ones above or below

@jpita Could you provide a video of the undesired scroll behavior? We do see the loading on scroll, but not the 'jumping' part, so trying to pin down what you mean by that.
