Sort presets and show description

When adding a source, the current UI isn't very helpful:

"Basic" is preselected, that is good, but then there's "exhaustive", "minimal" and several cloud options in random (?) order. It would be nice if the options had some more logical ordering like

• minimal
• basic
• ...
• exhaustive
• cloudthing1
• cloudthing2
• cloudthing2_extensive
• special developer thing
• ...

In the presets menu, the presets have descriptions, perhaps that could be shown there as well?

Hi! I’d like to work on this issue if it’s still available.
I plan to implement a shared logical ordering for presets (used both in Add Source and Presets menu) and show preset descriptions in the Add Source UI.
Please let me know if that sounds good or if you have any preferences.
