Include a basic command line interpreter

@jedi4ever, I'd be keen on including a basic command line interpreter bin script. Is that what you're working on in ifplayer.js? If so, when you think it's ready, it could be brought into the main repository. What do you think?

I'm thinking now that instead of making a ifvms.js specific terminal terp, we include a terminal terp in the glk implementation I'm planning (#18). Along the lines of cheapglk or termglk, it could either be a single window terp, or a multi window terp. It may make most sense to start out as a single, with more capabilities being added later.

my goal with ifplayer is to create a node/javascript player component that isn't tied with the web/client only.
The terminal player was just test for it, not the end goal.

fwiw - I'm also hoping it to use in multiplayer fashion with events coming from the client and keeping the state on the server.

With glkote-term there is now a basic CLI interpreter.
