Unlock vault fails with invalidURL error in OneDrive

I can't reproduce the issue but there seems to be a bug in OneDrive when trying to access a vault that results in OneDriveError.invalidURL. The only thing that I can think of right now is that we encountered a drive or item identifier with an unexpected character. It's probably better if we encoded these identifiers, see cryptomator/cloud-access-swift@1ab24f8.

I'm able to reproduce the issue now.

1. Create a folder "Shared" in OneDrive
2. Put a vault inside "Shared"
3. Try to unlock this vault

So it has nothing to do with missing/special identifiers but with the folder name "Shared". But since we don't have this issue on Android, this should be fixable without changing too much.
