Description of your changes

This is continuation of this PR #305 .
It aims to add Kubernetes Secret Reference

I have:

  • Read and followed Crossplane's contribution process.
  • Run make reviewable test to ensure this PR is ready for review.

Can we merge this and #305 into one PR? Do we need both open?

@negz Initially, had them as one. Later, split out to make it easier to review.
I am sorta stuck with further development though because of GCP billing issues.
