Current implementation of provider-gcp is not supporting ability to enable TLS for MemoryStore redis provisioning requests.
On GCP side enabling of TLS triggers creation of Certificate Authority which need to become part of the redis CloudMemorystoreInstance resource to enable fetching of the CA by a consuming application/service.

Some consultations has been done with gcp support in order to fully understand what is possible and what is not in the area of using tls for redis instances.
We would like to contribute our development time to create the code enhancement which would allow for utilization of the tls and CA feature in the community maintained gcp provider.
