CS016 Address 39 specific comments in edited DIS document

An edited file of the DIS has been prepared by ISO/CS.
Please note that the DIS edited file contains 39 comments on specific elements of the document, which need to be fixed so the document complies with the Directives, Part 2.

Please take all the comments in to consideration to avoid rejection at the next stage.

• hanging paragraphs/single-sublevel: this is CS018 Excise hanging paragraphs and solitary subclauses #394, Accepted.
• Modal verbs: this is CS017 Strictly adhere to permitted modal verb forms #393, Accepted.
• Numbered notes and examples: this is CS016-3 Notes/examples to be numbered and in separate paragraphs #398, implemented by [everywhere] Follow ISO rules for the presentation of notes and examples draft#4190.
• Acknowledgements/Bibliography/Trademarks: implemented by [intro.ack] Dissolve subclause. draft#4175.
• Remove "normative": implemented as part of Various small edits for CS016 draft#4168.
• Remove "normative references": implemented as part of [fs.norm.ref] Dissolve subclause. draft#4214.
• Change "This Clause" to "This Annex": implemeted by "[depr] Don't claim this Annex is a Clause.".

This concludes the review. All PDF comments have been address, and all but one have been accepted. The one that we rejected is a reference to CS-19, #395.
