Overfull hbox false negatives

When drafting up #7943, I've regularly seen // freestanding-deleted comments that wrap onto the next line without any indication that the hbox is overfull in check-output.sh.

Could there be something weird going on with \libconcept, \exposconcept, comment typesetting, etc.?

I assume there is no overfull box. It's just a
line break like
this
one.

Yeah, that's how it looks.

So I guess the problem is really about not having any diagnostic in the event that we have wrapping in code.

I assume we don't want wrapping in code blocks to occur.

Overfull hbox means the text couldn't be wrapped and so flows into the right margin, and potentially off the page. If it's successfully wrapped, that's not an error, so the check-output.sh script won't detect an error.

Don't worry too much about this; I'll certainly check everything before merging. There are many things to look out for, and this is just one of them.
