Request: Register independent solver on barn environment

Hi CoW Protocol team 👋

We are building an independent solver and would like to register it in the barn (staging) environment to start testing.

Solver details:

• Endpoint: https://cow-p12-solver.loca.lt
• Health check: https://cow-p12-solver.loca.lt/health
• Strategy: CoW (Coincidence of Wants) detection — direct order matching with surplus calculation
• Language: Python (stdlib only, no external deps)

Technical:

• Implements full openapi spec: /solve, /reveal, /settle, /notify, /quote
• Solver address: 0x804dd2cE4aA3296831c880139040e4326df13c6e

Would love to be added to the barn solver list to test with real auctions.
