This commit unifies two documents about eStargz (
/docs/verification.mdand/docs/stargz-estargz.md) into one document (/docs/estargz.md).Old files are remaind but only contain a link to the new document.
This also fixes that some TOCEntry properties (defined in "TOC and TOCEntries" section) mandatory for mounting eStargz were described as OPTIONAL and changes them to REQUIRED.
