reorganize DB tree context menus #506
Description
Current version of context menus is a bit convoluted and takes several steps to drill-down to many frequently used items
The goal is to make menus easier to use and more consistent.
Similar/related menu items should be grouped together
Groups in different context menus should be ordered in the same way (i.e. "Refresh" Goes first, "Delete" (if available) goes last, Doc* stuff is grouped)
All Actions which generate Templates may be moved into a dedicated submenu called "Templates"
