This technique improves the alignment between conditional and unconditional results to reduce the negative impact of misaligned components.
In practice, the results of TCFG are similar to those produced by CFG at a lower guidance scale. However, according to the FID-CLIP curves in Figure 6, TCFG may still bring some improvements.

Test with Cosmos-Predict2-2B for regular CFG.
In this example, CFG 3.0 appears overall similar to TCFG 5.0, with some differences in details.

TCFG++ refers to the combination of TCFG and CFG++.
