Choosing not to create default accounts closes the app

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. When the wizard runs, select "Let me handle it" for creating accounts
2. Finish the wizard

Expected behaviour

3. The wizard closes and the app is launched. List of accounts is shown.

Actual behaviour

3. The wizard closes and the app is closed. List of accounts is not shown.
