Use kata template instead of kumite template when creating a new translation

Since translations are technically kumites, when a new translation is started, its test snippets are filled with minimal code of tests for a kumite. However, in regard of kata snippets, adding a new translation with a kumite is much more similar to adding a new translation with the kata editor, and it would be helpful for translators to have examples for all snippets available.

Please consider filling in a freshly started translation with kata snippets rather than with a kumite snippet.

Alternative idea for a new feature: provide a way to browse and insert predefined snippets or recipes.

The idea of snippets got me thinking and I managed to come up with a very rough prototype of a snippet library:

The implementation is very rough and completely client-side, but I think it has a chance to prove the idea to be helpful. If it would be considered worth of attention, I can continue working on it, collect some ideas for snippets for various languages, lengths, and topics, and see how things go.

Another potentially helpful "workaround": I created this collection of Authoring examples, which I use as a template/source of boilerplate for new translations I create.
