Much longer boot up time

Is there anything changed on the server side? I am seeing much longer sandbox creation time (10s+).
It's used to be just few seconds. This basically blocks our product launch.

How exactly do you create Sandboxes? You need to follow best practice of creating your own template: https://codesandbox.io/docs/sdk/templates and create from that, or you will hit scaling issues.
