@j0zko thank you, but can you revert the localisation of the language names? They are in the native language (Not English or the current language page), so that the language choices do not shift positions when someone clicks on them.

This pull request adds a Slovak translation of CONTRIBUTING.md as CONTRIBUTING.sk.md.
I also updated the main CONTRIBUTING.md to include a link to Slovak in the list of available languages.
