Description

@cerebrl

Symptoms: Old frameworks, outdated libraries, deprecated components ... DEAD CODE!!!

Prognosis: Outlook not good. Without immediate treatment, bloat will increase, performance will decline, maintenance costs will increase and, most importantly, developer satisfaction will languish :(

Treatment: Architect your UI for change! By understanding that change is inevitable, you can build your application's front-end in ways that alleviate the future pains with which we are all too familiar.

This talk will be inspired by these documents: CSS Architecture and Authoring and Defining 8ball's CSS Architecture. So, it will focus quite heavily on CSS, but these principles can be applied to any part of your front-end code.
