IBM Plex Sans TC Font Not Being Hosted and Loaded as Web Font

Description

While the font for Traditional Chinese sample text was corrected in issue #1392, the website currently does not host the necessary static font files for IBM Plex Sans TC. Consequently, the font displays correctly only on devices with the font installed locally. On devices without a local copy of IBM Plex Sans TC, the sample text reverts to a fallback font.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Uninstall any local copies of IBM Plex Sans TC, if present.
2. Visit https://www.ibm.com/design/language/typography/typeface.
3. Observe the sample text for "IBM Plex® Sans TC".
4. Notice that the text is rendered in a fallback font instead of IBM Plex Sans TC.

Additional Details

Upon inspection of the Network tab in Dev Tools, it is evident that IBM Plex Sans TC is not being loaded from the website like the other IBM Plex fonts used on the page.
