[K8s Docs] Update release cycle page

• Updated release cycle page for Canonical Kubernetes and Charmed Kubernetes by adding the new releases and removing the releases no longer under support
• k8s-lts.html updates the table for Canonical Kubernetes
• k8s-eol.html updates the table for Charmed Kubernetes
• chart-data.js updates the charts for both projects
