Should the charm send its logs and traces when it has a `send-otlp` relation by default?

Self mon currently only sends metrics over send-otlp. To send logs and traces, you need send-loki-logs and send-traces relations. If there is a send-otlp relation, and the provider charm on the other side of the relation supports logs and traces, shouldn't the config of the workload be changes to forward these?
