[k8s][vm] Refactor charm developer docs #111
Description
There are some docs that are relevant for both charm developers and charm/Juju users.
- How-to guides > Charm development > Migrate data via mysqldump
- How-to guides > Charm development > Migrate data via mydumper
- How-to guides > Charm development > Migrate data via backup/restore
- Explanation > Interfaces and endpoints
(and probably more)
However, there are also some docs that are exclusively relevant to developers - not users:
- How-to guides > Charm development > Integrate with your charm
- Explanation > Architecture > Low-level design
- Explanation > Charm flowcharts
(and probably more)
The goal of this task is to consolidate all the charm developer-specific documentation into one location - whether within these docs or outside, like the GitHub Wiki. In any case, there should be an accessible entrypoint somewhere in the user docs that is clearly "for charm developers" - containing guidance/signposting of resources.
