1. multipass start
2. multipass delete -p --all
3. GUI doesn't realize the primary instance went away

or

1. multipass start
2. multipass delete --all
3. GUI correctly reacts to instance being deleted
4. multipass purge
5. GUI doesn't realize the primary instance was purged
