This PR bumps the dependencies to mitigate CVE's as listed in #6971
In my previous organization we had around 6000 CVEs across all repositories and led to some serious flaws and vulnerabilities. Thankfully no one took advantage of that and we spent around 3 weeks clearing all the CVEs. these things can quickly grow out of hand and always good to keep them close to 0.
